Additional workshops were added for Thursday afternoons because participants identified that their needed additional professional development to gain the required skills. These workshops were set up as an informal basis from 3-5 pm where the participants could work on specific areas that they felt needed addressing.

Carole Bowland joined the group from Hospitality - she is working on delivering content using PDAs
Did a session with Carole Bowland, Sue Madgen-Baker and Carolyn O'Connor on improving their PDA skills. Went through and practised resetting date on PDA, using voice recorder function of Notes, using Mobile Word (practised using transcriber, letter recogniser and keyboard), creating appointments, creating tasks.
